The company’s management, appreciating caliber of the problem, made a proactive decision to design and implement a system that would become an effective tool helping to sustain and improve business processes, service level and the quality of manufactured goods.
Grupa 3J S.A. was ISO 9001 certifies in December 1999. Certification confirmed that our quality management system had been qualified and met requirements of the international norm ISO 9001:1994.
Certification audit carried out in December 2002 confirmed application of the international norm ISO 9001:2000.
Customer oriented approach, full dedication of personnel, continuous improvement of service quality and mutually beneficial relations with vendors and contractors are the key goals and norms of our quality policy.
The implemented quality system covers the entire scope of operations related to the design and comprehensive execution of construction investments for the healthcare sector as well as design and production of Faraday Cages, comprehensive verification of electric safety in medical rooms, marketing activities, HR policy and administration.

Level of customer satisfaction is at the foundation of every properly functioning system. This is the reason why we truly emphasize ongoing improvement of our quality management system. In order to achieve this, we continuously analyze and assess business processes and realization of business goals using all available sources of information i.e. customer satisfaction surveys, complaints root cause analysis and results of internal and external communication control. Conducted analysis enables right decisions and actions that in turn improve our level of service even further.
Our ISO9001 certificate was awarded by Kema Registered Quality – the Dutch certification unit.
An independent audit analyzed the key processes around execution of the construction services. Grupa 3J S.A.’s organization and standards of execution were praised by the auditor and compatibility with ISO requirements were additionally confirmed by IQNet (International Certification Network) certificate.
In 2002 Grupa 3J S.A. began qualification for AQAP (Allied Quality Assurance Publication) certificate, which, similarly to ISO 9001 is a collection of standardization documents – in this case confirming compatibility of quality standards with NATO requirements.
