Due to continuous block operation requirements works have been divided into 4 stages:

• Stage I & II - 10 operating rooms: 09/2006 - 12/2006,
• Stage III & IV - 10 operating rooms and central sterilization unit: through 09/2007

„Monument – Children Healthcare Center” in Warsaw

In August 2000, Grupa 3J Sp. z o.o. equipped the operating rooms of the „Monument – Children Healthcare Center” in Warsaw in medical bridges facilitating operation of the medical personnel. It also equipped the hospital in a sanitary-epidemiological protection system with all indispensable devices. Once again, Grupa 3J had an opportunity of executing a project that led to safety and comfort of patients and medical personnel.

Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biala

End to end construction of an Operating Block

One of the prestigious projects implemented by Grupa 3J Sp. z o.o. in the w Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biala was comprehensive fitting of the Operating Corridor (6 ORs with supporting facilities over 1200 sq.m.) using stainless steel panel technology.

The rooms were fitted with: suspended ceilings and conducting & electrostatic flooring. Newly elevated building is fully equipped with medical gases and electric installation.

Construction of 1^st Invasive Cardiology Clinic

Grupa 3J Sp. z o.o. constructed and thoroughly equipped the 1^st Invasive Cardiology Clinic commissioned by American Heart of Poland Sp. z o.o. The facility is equipped with all devices and installations that doctors, supporting personnel and foremost – patients – can expect. Independent Public Central Clinical Hospital in Warsaw

Modernization of Operating Block and Admitting Room

Our company designed a systemic plan for capability & spatial expansion and modernization of the operating block consisting of 16 operating rooms with direct supporting area. The operating block was functionally connected to the post-operating unit and the ECU.

Currently, we are executing the 1st stage that covers construction and equipment of the cardiologic operating rooms.

Comprehensive modernization of the admitting room began in 2000 and included construction and installation work: air-conditioning, electric network and sanitary installations. The work was completed in November 2002.

Specialized dr Psarski Hospital in Ostroleka

Construction of operating block in building B

Project began on 2^nd October, 2001 and was completed on 9^th August, 2002. Operating block of this hospital covers 1649 sq. m.

Functional layout consists of 6 operating rooms, including:

• 5 universal operating rooms;
• 1 orthopedic operating room.

Each of the above rooms includes patient & doctor preparation room as well as supporting rooms and corridors. Operating rooms and supporting rooms were fitted with sanitary-epidemiological protection system consisting of protective panels made from stainless steel and equipped with integrated automatic doors. Klimor devices were used in air conditioning installation (covering entire block and construction of laminar exhausts in operating rooms).

Medical gases installation was fitted with Dräger equipment. Operating rooms carry carbon dioxide and argon on top of basic medical gases.

Western Hospital in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Construction of blocks: D, G1, G2, H

Contract for construction of D, G1, G2, H blocks and ambulance driveway was signed in June 2000 between Grupa 3J Sp. z o.o. and Department of Health Care: Central Investment Board in Warsaw.

The contract includes fully air-conditioned operating block consisting of 4 operating rooms, supporting rooms and integrated system of automated doors. According to design, operating block will be fitted with sanitary-epidemiological protection system made from stainless steel. The similar system will be used in 2 treatment rooms that will be placed in the admitting unit. Construction works are carried out according to timeline, and European standards.

Military Clinical Hospital with SP ZOZ Policlinic in Wroclaw

Expansion of the Cardiology Center

Grupa 3J’s experience and specialized knowledge allowed us to come up with a functional & spatial concept and a reconstruction design of existing building layout to meet Cardiology Center’s needs.

Newly designed Center will be localized in one Military Clinical Hospital wings and will contain 2 operating rooms and one treatment & operating room, intensive care unit as well as proper supporting and social rooms. Operating rooms will be fitted with sanitary-epidemiological protection system made from stainless steel. The entire facility will be fully air-conditioned, mechanical ventilation and will be fitted with all the modern internal installations.
