Sanitary-epidemiological protection system

Sanitary-epidemiological protection system is intended for medical rooms that require special sanitary environment: operating and preparation rooms.

A complete sanitary-epidemiological protection system consists of elements manufactured from stainless steel. Studies conducted by specialized sanitary-epidemiological units confirmed that it effectively prevents growth of bacterial colonies. The system is delivered with doors, which can be flexibly automated to suit user needs. The system is ready for installations and devices required for proper functioning of the facility.

Thanks to the easy removal of the panels, the system allows repairing and upgrading installations without shutting down the room. It is a clean process that doesn’t require lengthy stopovers.

The protection system is made of stainless steel and does not require special maintenance. On top of high mechanical durability, protection is also resistant to all cleaning and disinfecting products commonly used in healthcare.

Truss of the panel system consists of the floor rail, profile brackets, and ceiling rail. Construction elements are designed and assembled according to the projected media (water, medical gases, electricity, etc.). The precision of the truss assembly determines the precision of the entire system. Wall panels are manufactured in a multi-layer technology. On the front side, top and bottom, metal edges are bended backwards at the right angle. There is a Z-shaped bend (appx. 21x13mm), that is used for invisible assembly of the panel to the base construction. On the front side of the metal sheet, there is a pressed drywall sheet (18mm) glued using a special technology. Vertical joints are proofed using a rubber profile or silicon filling made from bacteriostatic and fungistatic material. This construction allows future easy disassembly of the panels enabling additional modifications of installations and fitting. Prefabricated two-layer wall contains 0.68mm/100kV (or 0.34mm/150kV) of lead.

Higher contents of lead can be achieved with the help of lead metal sheets of proper thickness glues to the flip side of the panels using shaped brackets.

Double-layer wall panels come in two types:

  • 100mm with a 60mm of mineral fiber
  • 200mm with a 160mm of mineral fiber (max. level of fire protection: F90A, in line with DIN 4102, p.2)
  • Double-layer wall panel (100mm) has the following characteristics:
  • Heat penetration factor of 1,51 W 1m2 K,
  • Heat penetration resistance of 0,41 m2 KIW

Panel system ensures:

  • Constant quality characteristics and thus minimized operating costs - thanks to premium raw material
  • Research proven ease of keeping maximum cleanliness of the operating block
  • Periodical disassembly of various components allowing quick repairs or media installation maintenance.
