New Facilities and Adaptation
Grupa 3J S.A. both designs and builds new objects and adapts existing units to meet the needs of advanced medical devices. Some of its creations include typical and specialized units such as: hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, operating blocks, ‘bunkers’ and Faraday cages. Adaptation of existing rooms includes audits and measurements as well as technical and economic analysis.
Free Standing and Blocks
For healthcare centers that cannot adapt existing space to fit the desired equipment, our company offers free standing pavilions or expansion of the existing facility. Fast speed-to-market is the additional benefit of this solution. Grupa 3J S.A. also proposes proprietary solutions in construction and complete technical equipment of operating and recovery rooms. All of this in line with world-class standards, meeting the strictest safety regulations.
Radio-Therapeutic Labs
Grupa 3J S.A. designs and constructs units and laboratories (bunkers) for devices such as: simulator and linear accelerator. Throughout the design, we put extra emphasis on meeting conditions related to:
- Users – when it comes to standards of equipment;
- Installation – defined by devices’ manufacturers;
- Safety of specialized labs - described by national and international legal ramifications
Visual Diagnosis Labs
Comprehensive offer also includes design of protected rooms with full technical equipment as well as interior design of the entire laboratory. This combines technical requirements that come from device manufacturers with existing space arrangement and needs of the users. In that way, the highest quality laboratories are created, such as:
- Roentgen (RTG);
- CT;
- Magnetic Resonance (MR);
- Nuclear Medicine (MN, PET).
Hearing Test Labs
Our company also delivers rooms that guarantee proper playback of electro-acoustic diagnostic signals. Every room is designed individually, based on existing Polish norms related to interior acoustics and noise protection for hearing test labs.

- Complete acoustic protection design including separation walls and ceilings as well as acoustic materials providing proper sound quality
- Sound level analysis as well as internal and external noise study in the adapted or newly elevated facility
